The Retreat At Mahan is a neighborhood of 82 new construction single-family detached homes with a wide array of floorplans, sizes, and home prices. It is in a prime location on the southeast side of Mahan Drive off of Sydney Drive.
Currently, Retreat at Mahan is not in the City Limits of Tallahassee, but it does utilize the City of Tallahassee utilities (electric, sewer, water, gas). Garbage and trash pick up are done through Waste Pro of which you have to open a separate account, click on Useful Contacts on the Home Page. The regular garbage is picked up on Wednesdays.
